1.- Valid passport - visas cannot be granted on passport with validity of less than six months;
2.- Valid international yellow fever vaccination card - photocopy and original;
3.- One application form - filled in (typed or block letters) and signed;
4.- One recently taken photo sized either 3x4 or 5x7 cm, frontal, light color background - photos by automatic machines are accepted;
5.- A return ticket from brazil - photocopy and original; or
6.- Evidence of means to finance the stay in brazil - ( photocopy and original of applicant’s own credit card statement – last 3 months - or applicant’s own bank statement – last 3 months, unless the applicant is minor of age and sponsored by parents).
7.- Minors of age unnacompannied must submit original parental authorization for both trip and visa application, previously legalized by any brazilian consular authority, detailing destinations and period for the trip. This authorization will be retained at the consular sector. The lack or replacement, by the applicant, of any of the documents listed above may be enough reason for visa denegation.

The visa on emirates passport holders will be charged:
A) The visa fee plus
B) The visa processing fee
The visa for u.s. Passport holders is free of charge. A processing fee of $us 130.00 is being charged in reciprocity for a $us 130.00 fee paid by Brazilian citizens who apply for visa to the United States Of America.
Processing fees will not be refounded even when denied the visa to the applicant.
